Calendar Girls 

Don't miss out on all the fun as the cast of Senior Follies girls become beautiful Calendar Girls.   
They are competing for the coveted Calendar Girl - 2011.  The twelve contestants share their journey 
through life with laughter, music and dance.  Their stories are told using the wonderful music that
represent all the months and seasons of the year.
 

Roles include but not limited to:

12 Calendar Girls -- Showgirls comfortable w/ large headpieces
15 Kick-line tap dancers
Male and Female Soloists for the 35 musical numbers
Male and Female Quartet singers
Large choral numbers with 4 and 5 part harmonies
Specialty acts for Easter Parade, Lusty Month of May, Be True to Your School
Skills desired: juggling, unicycle, baton twirling, musical instruments, flag core
experience, tumbling, cartwheels, ribbon dancing, ballet, polka dancing, sign language.

Comedy routines
Surprise us!  Songs, jokes and comedy sketches that fit into the theme (months of the year,
seasons of the year, senior jokes, beauty pageants) are all welcomed.

Audition Dates & Times

  • Friday, August 12th
    Time: 1pm - 4pm

  • Saturday, August 13th
    Time: 10am - 2pm

How to Audition

  1. Call 619.588.0206 for an audition appointment.
  2. Come prepared to sing for 45 seconds to 1 minute. BRING sheet music (preferred) or accompaniment CD/iPod (No tapes please).
  3. Download, and bring with you, the Audition and Medical Release forms.
  4. Headshot/photo required.
